At Atelier Root, we want you to be completely satisfied with your artwork. If you are not happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your art print arrives damaged or there is a printing error, please contact us immediately at support@atelierroot.art with a photo of the damage. We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund for any items that arrive in less than perfect condition.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
- Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are eligible for refunds at the price paid at the time of purchase.
Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong print was sent. If you need to exchange an item for the same piece, please email us at support@atelierroot.art.
Shipping Your Return
To return your product, please mail your item to:

- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless the item arrived damaged). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Tracking: If you are returning an item over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
